SMART results: VALUE or RAW_VALUE? + All drives failing #2 Extended Offline Interrupted (host reset)

I woke up to a degrade yesterday (see the attached pic, please excurse the picture of the computer screen. I was more concerned with a easily searchable, forever photo rather than best screenshotting practices). After restarting TrueNAS, the drive disappeared completely, hoping it was a communication error I just swapped the cables and it came back online. I just completed a long smart test and I'm wondering if the #5, #197 and #198 non-zero VALUE is an issue or the 0 RAW_VALUE means they're ok?

Every one of my drives seems to have the same error with #2 Extended offline test failing with 10% remaining. Is this an issue?

Disk looks fine to me, did you perhaps cancel the SMART test by a reboot or sth? Brownout in case you don't use UPS? Re-run the test.
