Are you getting poor read/writes on wireless, or hard wired? And that router is deff gigabit, you sure there isnt any dummy switch in between that might be older say 10/100?

Both.... I've tried wired and wireless then the read is OK on both around 120MB / sec, even more sometimes. But the write is just horrible. like 4 MB/sec. I don't get it.

Might want to try replacing the Ethernet cable and do a direct attached speed test. Your networking performance is really slow.
