Slow SMB and Webdav, Timemachine not working after Upgrading

Hi! I did a upgrade from 11.3 U5 to 12.0 RC1. After the Upgrade all SMB shares seem to be very slow when I connect with my Macbook. It takes several seconds until I can see something in the Finder. My Webdav share which I use for syncing my password app from my ios devices is also very slow. With 11.3 the sync process took about 1 second, now it takes 7-10 seconds. My time machine backup is not working at all because time machine does not find the backup device. This left me a bit frustrated, so I switched back to 11.3 and everything works fine again...

Same story, 12.0 RC1 SMB and ISCSI are "slow" 85-125megabyte per sec on a 10GBe.
on 11.3 it's back to normal SMB: 450 megabyte and ISCSI target can hit 700-1000 megabyte per second.

Same here 50 MB/sec on 12 and 112MB/sec on 11.3 on a Gigabit interface

Just gave it another try with 12.0 U1, but the problems are still there
