slow read on client side

With /dev/urandom the CPU will be used a lot and can even become the bottleneck.

For local performance testing you should use fio

i switched back to ubuntu
1. the cpu temp is ~37''C
2. the read speed of raid 10 is ~45GB/s

Seems to be a limitation of the system than of the hardware.
