Slow NFS Speeds

Hi there! I do want to preface this with saying I have gone through several posts on the forums and tried solutions that gave small improvements, I can't seem to find a solution. I'm pretty green to using this, so I apologize in advance. The low speeds are causing several issues, including my NVR software complaining that it is unable to keep up with recording segments in cache.

I have a TrueNAS Core system with the following specs:

MoBo: X8DTU-F
RAM: 16GB ECC (48GB more currently on the way)
CPU: 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5640 @ 2.27GHz
Pool 1: 6x CMR Drives (RAIDZ-2)
Pool 2: 2x SkyHawk (Mirrored)
Network: using built in 1GbE from board

Results from iperf, TrueNAS on left, Debian VM on right:

Please let me know if I'm missing any information that might help, I'm more than happy to provide it.

Those numbers are too low, so that's the first problem you'll need to solve... how are you connecting? is the VM running inside TrueNAS? are you using VirtIO for the NIC?

Solved my issue. Ended up being a faulty cable. Replaced and I'm just under a gig which is the current limit of my network gear.
