Since update to 9.10 FreeNAS box automatically reboots instead of shutdown???

Since I upgraded from 9.3 to 9.10 this week I encounter that my scheduled shutdown via task:
shutdown -p now
sometime reboots my FreeNAS box instead of shutting completely down!?

Any hints and/or tips welcome how to troubleshoot the behavior and reasons why this happens???

We've had a couple of reports about shutdown weirdness and there is a watchdog change coming in the next SU: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/14537. If the next update doesn't fix your issue, make a new bug report at bugs.freenas.org that includes a debug (created from System -> Advanced -> Save Debug) and post the issue number here.
