Sickrage plugin issue

I wasn't sure where to post this question so I figured I'd start here.
I have been using the SickRage plugin for quite some time now, maybe installed way back in version 9.3
Recently, within the last few months, SickRage has stopped post processing correctly. I have it set to move episodes into seperate season number folders, and for a long time this worked fine, but it has since stopped doing this.
It copies and renames the files correctly into the show folder but not into a season number folder.
I have tried unselecting this option saving then selecting this option again and saving again. I also tried restarting SickRage and also restarting the jail.
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? its not a major issue but would like it if it worked correctly.
I went to the SickRage forum and it say to try some steps before posting an issue, but its some "git" commands that when I tried in SSH said "git: Command not found."

Were you able to resolve this? If not, are the permissions different between the two folders?
