Shell corrupt with colored squares

Hi everyone, I have a install of TrueNAS scale which has been running great, then all of a sudden the shell is displaying with colored squares as shown in the attached pic. I have tried rebooting the box and clearing my cache, but no luck. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas how I could reset or troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance.

My specs are ASUS ITX board, AMD 3700X, 32Gb Ram, 5 x 3Tb drives in ZFS1, 32Gb NVMe Cache.

Nevermind I found the solution. Hope this helps someone else in future. I did a reverse search of the image and found another article with someone who had the same issue. turns out to be a protection feature in firefox which blocks the canvas. You can allow it from the address bar
