Hello!
Right now every user has access to Restore and Open VSS snapshots. I tried to google it, but i cannot find a way to remove permissions from an SMB-share for specific users.
The reason is, that right now a user can restore the complete share, but this should only be allowed to the admin.
Another question: if we use VSS Restore on the SMB-Share, does this have any implications for the ZFS-snapshots? Is a VSS Restore simly a zfs restore? Are all other snapshots between now and the restore dates deleted if i restore via SMB share to a date in the past?
