Setting HDD Spindown from GUI has no effect - ataidle works

A final note (hopefully). After a lot of testing it seems like the issue is that /conf/base/etc/rc.conf is not updated with GUI ataidle settings, but the values are written to the FreeNAS config database. This has the effect that after a reboot the drives will never spin down ... until you go into the GUI and save a change. Saving a change triggers the ix-ataidle script which will call ataidle with the parameters set in the GUI and it will work properly until the next reboot. Manually entering the ataidle parameters into rc.conf fixes the issue.
