Services restart when unlocking encrypted pool

I manage a small fleet of TrueNAS boxes at work, and unfortunately, pool encryption is a requirement. In the days of GELI encryption on the pool, when you unlocked the pool, it would restart the required services, e.g. NFS, jails, and iSCSI. I have one user that has to use iSCSI, because we have been unable to get sparse files to work on TrueNAS. So we set him up on iSCSI.

The hardware he is currently on is out of warranty, so he is migrating to new hardware. On the new gear, I am using OpenZFS native encryption. The unlock dialog box for GELI had a line that stated what services would be restarted. But the the ZFS native does not appear to restart services, at least not iSCSI, and I have to manually go in and restart iSCSI after each patch update and restart. Is there a setting I can go in and tell it to restart iSCSI when the dataset is unlocked?

Thanks,
