Server stuck on resilvering

Hey all,

I have a bit of a problem and wondering if anyone can help. I am fairly new to freenas and I have built a server with spare parts.
My server has a mix of 1TB drives, 12TB Ram, dual core CPU.

I had a drive fail and I have replaced it, with a new one, the pool seems to get stuck between scanning and resilvering and it has been going for weeks now.
Please can someone help me?

That would be impressive, but I guess you meant 12GB.

Did you by some chance replace the disk with a WD red of 2-6 TB? These drives are SMR... that would explain the difficulty/failures with resilver.
