Server is giving me different states on my HDD in the raid

On my server I keep getting error notification from my server telling me there is a issue with the Raid drives but it keeps going away on the side bar and it is not showing a issue on the pool stats of the drives. and when I pull up the SMART report it has 1 success then 1 failed then 1 success, on both Barracuda drives and all Success on the WD Blue drive, any idea of what could be the issue and it only has gotten worse after my system had did the updates yesterday

OS Drive: Patriot Torqx 2 32GB SSD
Raid drives: 4TB western-digital blue (WDC WD40EZRZ-00GXCB0), 2x 6TB Seagate Barracuda (ST6000DM003-2CY186)

Your Baracudas are SMR drives and will give these symptoms when used with ZFS.

Is there settings I need to change for the drives for them being smr

No SMR and CMR are different technologies for how Data is written to the drives.
You can't change smr to cmr drives, and cmr drives is what you want with zfs.
If possible RMA the drives and get seagate ironwolf, ironwolf pro or exos drives.
