Self-Test Log error count increased from 0 to 1 but long test shows all is well

Running FreeNAS-11.1-U6
I received the Self-Test Log error count increased from 0 to 1 notification and started following this guide:

I get lost at the troubleshooting procedure as I don't see any of the errors mentioned.

The original notification was from an automated daily short test. I ran a manual short and long test and the error did not seem to come up again. Should I replace this drive?
My system still has the Device: /dev/da3, Self-Test Log error count increased from 0 to 1 alert active. Will this go away when I replace the drive? Do I need to manually reset it?

You need to manually reset the error, SMART for SAS is not as detailed as for ATA drives, but disk should be OK for now, though I would replace it if there's another failed test.
