Could you please share your config and tuning parameters that you've used?
I just won a pair of them on eBay. I've done quite a bit of due diligence on them over the weekend before making an offer on the pair. Apparently the HP Microserver G7 or newer is a good defacto canned FreeNAS hardware platform. Just drop in the hard drives, install and go. With up to 4 TB hard drives getting less expensive, it makes it easier to be a data hoarder or pack rat; probably too easy.
