Do you have just 1 boot device? What is your "Automatic scrub interval" set to under System --> Boot?

Do you run any jails or plugins?

Which version of FreeNAS are you using (System --> Information --> Build)?

I've found that the 'listen queue overflow' messages usually relate to high bandwidth applications such as Plex and Transmission.

One boot device, a sandisk usb stick
Scrub interval set at 35 days
Plugins that I'm running which are installed in the same jail:
Plex 0.9.14.6
Sannzbd 7.2
Couchpotato autoupdater 9_5

Running Freenas 9.3 Stable

Been running fine with only the UPSMON disconnect showing up fairly consistently until the last few nights where I have been getting the new disconnect log. I did try and update to 9.3.1 but it failed so I just booted back up to a previous version that has been running fine.
