scrubbing 6tb internal hard drive

hello i have a corrupted 6tb internal hard drive i have attempted to scrub it for the last 14 days in the hopes of replacing it with a 16tb hard drive is there any way to speed up the process? So that i can format the 6tb hard drive and save the data and then remove the old one for a new one? HELP!

Please list your hardware, including system board, memory, CPU, disk controller & disk vendor / model.

Further, what do you mean a "corrupted 6TB internal hard drive"?
Did you create a pool on a single disk?
