Scrub speeds change depending on the data you are scrubbing. Looking at the speeds is worthless until it's all done.

The smart data shows the max temp. Continual operation above 40c will affect reliability. Once you get into the 60c+ range your disks will really start to fail. Your disk have been in the 80c range at some point.
