Hello
Today on production day the guays was working normally on a SMB directory.
I have 2 disk. 2 TB on mirror. 1 DATASTORE. 1 SMB.
Whit out any reason many files gone, but the folder structure keeps.
No Snapshots
Is there any way to scan the pools for deleted files?

Are you sure the files are deleted? Did the amount of free space increase significantly? Two possibilities for files vanishing are:
1) files were deleted
2) user or application changed permissions causing your users to not be able to see the file.

Unfortunately, (1) can pretty easily happen. Users get mixed up about what paths / servers are open in their file manager, and delete the wrong thing. This is why it's good to have snapshots and a backup strategy.

Hello, After investigate a huge log file a found the reason.
Sometime ago i make a cloudback configuration. it was all ok.
Yesterday that cloud backup run again as usual. But one thing was wrong, Somebody remove o moved the folder destination. So. What do the truenas did? he didnt find the folder or thinks it was empty, so he start cleanin the datastore.
How is that possible, im on backup context, that can not be.

It depends on how you configured your Cloud Sync task. If you set it up as a PULL, that would explain why the task deleted your files. The task would try to recreate the empty state of the cloud source on your local dataset.
