[SCALE]ix-applications dataset does not inherit encryption

When the first time assign Apps pool, the created ix-applications dataset does not inherit encryption from the pool. This triggers the "...is not supported behavior and may lead to various issues." warning.
Is this expected behavior? If so, what's the reason behind it, and why this warning did not get suppressed?

It's known and intentional..... documentation needs to be improved.
