Hi,

Let's say I have three machines with three NICs
  1. 10.0.100.x - Truenas management, UI
  2. 10.0.70.x - Gluster storage network
  3. 10.0.50.x - SMB network, storage clients network
Is it possible to use Nic1 (10.0.100.x) for UI (scale and truecommand), Nic2 (10.0.70.x) for Gluster storage and Nic3 (10.0.50.x) for SMB, so clients would connect to storage through Nic3?

Thank you.

Yes..

The Gluster network should be separate from the SMB client network.. either separate physical network or VLAN.
