Scale availability after RTM for home build hardware

Hi all,
when looking at https://www.truenas.com/help-me-choose/ under the deployment mode I see those three options:

While I know that this might be asking someone to look into a crystal ball does this eventually imply that once Scale hits RTM it would not be possible to be installed on standard hardware not bought through IXSystem and the community user should stick to truenas core as once relesed scale won't be available through community channels?

Scale is fully open source and available the same as CORE is. You can install it now (the RC1 version) or after regular release in Feb, either way :)
