Sas Sata Mixture on Supermicro X10SL7-F

Hi,
I have this X10SL7-F motherboard and until now used the SAS ports for sata Drives, all is fine. Now I bought 6 SAS drives and have 2 questions..

  1. Is it possible to use the SAS connections on the Motherboard for 6 SAS drives and 2 SATA drives?
  2. Will the SAS drives work when connected with this Converters?

If not what cable do I need to connect the SAS drives to the X10 Motherboard?
