Sabnzb not updating after running pkg update && pkg upgrade

Sab is stuck on 3.3.0. Doesn't want to update. Hasn't for a few months, at least.

pkg update && pkg upgrade didn't update Sab.
/etc/pkg/FreeBSD.conf points to "latest". I just changed it from "quarterly" today.

You're using a port here, so don't forget that the software natively expects to be running on Linux, so versions not yet ported may be "proposed" to you as available in the GUI, but not yet ported (as the port of that product seems not to get too much regular love.
