S3 service not running post upgrade to TrueNAS-12.0-U7

We upgraded our TrueNAS system M60 to version TrueNAS-12.0-U7 and found out S3 service turned off. Even multiple attempts to turn on the service didnt work. Please let me know if any suggestions. FYI, i even rebooted the cluster.

Platform: TRUENAS-M60-HA
