S.M.A.R.T. failure, but where?

Hi there, so i've run into unreadable sectors now (I think...).

OK thanks for that.
Is there any reason as to why the S.M.A.R.T. status shows like everything is ok? As in, no error's logged or Status of scan is success.
I thought that the HDD firmware was supposed to fix this, blocking access to the bad blocks.

This is indeed what's happening: Some sectors have been identified as dubious, but not yet "blocked" ("Reallocated", ID #5)—this will likely come with future write operations. As long as data is retrievable, self-tests are passed but that doesn't mean the drive is healthy.
Replace it as soon as possible. RMA if the drive is still under warranty.
