Ryzen Build CPU Temp Problems

Hello Everyone,

first of all i must apologize if my english is not that good, its not my first language.

I recently upgraded my personal Rig and decided to use the old parts for my first freenas/truenas build and replace my old Qnap.

The parts i used are:

Ryzen 5 1600x
MSI X370 gaming Pro Carbon
32gb of 2400Mhz ecc Memory (cant remembter what brand)
Noctua Case and CPU fans
2x 240gb NVME SSD Mirrored boot drive
4x 4TB Seagete Ironwolf NAS Drives

I mostly use it as a Media server for Movies using Plex and a Ubuntu-VM running Pi-Hole.

First i had troubles with random freezes, but after searching on this forum for some time i disabled C-States and AMD Cool&Quiet, now everything runs pretty smooth.

There's only one thing bothering me:

In the Bios CPU Temps show 35-37°C at idle, but in the Truenas GUI it is 20°C higher with 54-57°C at Idle.

So my question ist: Has anyone else experienced the same problem and if yes is there a solution?

unrelated to TrueNAS I am aware of a +20 degrees offset on Ryzen CPU's I remember it being an annoyance to early adopters, you can post a bug report about it.
