Rsync task fails trying to preserve AD ACLs

I have two SCALE hosts joined to the same domain, Idmap ranges on both servers match. I am trying to run an rsync push task to a module on the backup server. When I use either the Archive or Preserve Permissions option in the task setup the task fails. If I take off both Archive and Preserve, it works fine. How can I setup an rsync task that will preserve the domain ACLs?
