Rsync Server for TrueNAS SCALE's apt repo?

I have noticed that TrueNAS SCALE's apt repo is freakingly slow in mainland China.

Is it possible that we offer a Rsync server for that apt repo, so that a mirror server could be set to speed up the download?

Another question is: Is there any difference between FreeNAS SCALE's debian bullseye source repo and Debian's offcial one? In another word... Could I directly replace the ixsystem's debian main repo by an official Debian mirror?
