RSYNC not deleting on destination

I've got rysnc setup between 2 FreeNAS 8.0.3 servers with the delete flag ticked and logfile enabled. The files are not being deleted on the destination server and nothing in the logs to indicate why? How can I start to diagnose this issue?

Check /etc/crontab... the rsync command is there, but I'm pretty sure a --delete is appended

Thanks, I'll take a look. In the meantime I've also added --delete in the additional options to see if that makes a difference.
