Rsync from Synology

Hi, I'm new to FreeNAS, inherited the job of maintaining it at this company.

This is the version that's running: FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd)

I want to backup from our Synology to the FreeNAS using Synology's built in Hyper Backup app that uses "Rsync" as a target destination.

How do I configure FreeNAS as a Rsync target? Do I need to setup special folders with a special user and permissions?
