Hi,

Each update takes me 1 hours and more of shitty time to patch problems.

I updated my freenas to 11.3-U5. I have 4 shared linked with plex. 3 is ok but 1 have different permission. Why? All have the same persmission???

3 drives is ok with
drwxrwxr-x permissions

1 drives I can't link my video
drwxrwx--- permission

Probably this is the reason why I can't link this share with plex.

When I tried to change the permission it's grey out with Root dataset ACL cannot be edited. With fucking 40T of datas, can I have a stable update.

I need to put my data in a folder and mount this folder to change the permission?

You can't change the root permissions with the ACL editor.

You need to change them in the shell with the proper chmod and/or setfacl commands.
