10.9TiB raw capacity seems about right for 6 X 2TB drives, and certainly more than you'd get from 6 X 1.5TB. Do you remember what it used to be?

6 x 1.5 = 9 and that is decimal TB. So there is no way you could have had 10.9 TiB of space with 6 X 1.5TB disks. Unless the 3 X 2TB disks were in a separate vdev, in which case you could have had 10.5 decimal TB, which is still less then 10TiB. What does zpool status look like?
