I have 2 mirrors of 16GB flash drives as a boot pool where I now added another flash drive with 32GB.

The resilvering process already took over 12 hours and oddly its above 100% so I was wondering if there might be something wrong wiith it?

Here is the Status:
Code:
pool: freenas-boot
 state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices is currently being resilvered. The pool will
continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.
action: Wait for the resilver to complete.
scan: resilver in progress since Thu Dec 20 18:17:04 2018
706M scanned out of 661M at 15.3K/s, (scan is slow, no estimated time)
        706M resilvered, 106.90% done
config:

    NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM
    freenas-boot ONLINE 0 0 0
      mirror-0 ONLINE 0 0 0
        da0p2 ONLINE 0 0 0
        da1p2 ONLINE 0 0 0
        da2p2 ONLINE 0 0 0 (resilvering)

errors: No known data errors

The problem is that I have to shutdown/reboot my freenas in the next view hours since I am moving... can I do that without causing any harm to it?

Download your config file. If your pool isn't encrypted, that's all you'd need to go from a clean installation to fully operational, so it won't really matter if you do mess up your boot pool.

I would say probably because i shut down my NAS when i lost power here in the middle of a resliver. I logged into the web interface and shut it down. I turned it back on when the power came back and when i next checked the NAS it said it was complete.
