Hi!

I have a problem/bug with 8.2rc-1
A disc (2 TB) was failing(some unreadable sectors), so I added a new drive and tried to replace the old one.
After resilvering 2 TB, time left was down to 0:00 left and to 100%. But it just kept going. After it had resilvered 2.5 TB I detached the failing drive. Then the resilvering started at 0% again.
Now it looks like this:

pool: Data
state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices is currently being resilvered. The pool will
continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.
action: Wait for the resilver to complete.
scrub: resilver in progress for 25h59m, 100.00% done, 0h0m to go
config:

NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM
Data ONLINE 0 0 0
raidz1 ONLINE 0 0 0
ada0p2 ONLINE 0 0 0
ada1p2 ONLINE 0 0 0
ada3p2 ONLINE 0 0 0 2.26T resilvered
ada2p2 ONLINE 0 0 0

errors: No known data errors

How can this be?

Regards
Patrick

by the way, I've got a replacement for the defective HDD now and tried to replace the external one 'back' to the new internal one. Same problem with 8.2 release again, resilvering doesn't stop.

Ok, it has never been said it would work with 8.2

No, of course not, but I didn't think it's a general problem. I mean I had to resilver in the past and it always worked. And as the ZFS was up and running again I consider this a 'new' problem.
Nevermind, just thought maybe it might be of interest.
