Replication throttling (limit) did not change

We have two FreeNAS boxes one of which will eventually be at the other end of a slow internet connection. (Right now it's on a 1 Gb network.) To emulate this slower connection, I set all of the replication tasks to throttle or limit down to 40 Mb/sec (5000 KB/sec).

This proved my point (we're going to need a faster connection), so I set them all back to unlimited (0).

I get that this change won't affect the replication task in process, but why are newly executed replication tasks still limited? Even though the GUI shows an unlimited limit, the replications are still being limited.

Any ideas?

API call (GET /api/v1.0/storage/replication/) shows "repl_limit": 0". (Yes, that is a zero.)

Anything related in /var/log/messages? I also wonder if that setting sets a sysctl... It would be worth looking at sysctl -a | more to see if there's a setting that looks related.

I finally had to reboot the server to get the replications working again. If I can duplicate the problem again, I'll update this posting.
