Replication error: checksum mismatch

When using 2 9.3 boxes keep getting errors when selecting option to remove stale snapshot on remote side. If this checkbox is not checked they finish as "succeeded" without issue but I was hoping to be able to have remote snapshots cleaned up automatically as per the configurable option. When I enable this each replication while it appears to be fine with data all existing on remote box, but this error always remains in place of the "succeeded" when the option isn't checked:
"cannot receive new filesystem stream: invalid stream (checksum mismatch)"

If I manually delete the snapshot on the remote side it will run again with success only to fail again later when it evidently fails to delete the next snapshot it transfers.

Anyone else having these replication issues ??

I wonder if it is related to this fix: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/3392.

Worth creating a new bug report that contains the error and posting the issue number here.
