Replacing a server while keeping the ip

I never meant to use nothing other then static. I have no idea why the former network manager used dhcp. Maybe he set it through the router.
I feel like there is not much more we can add on the FreeNAS forum and it's mostly just stuff you need to figure out with your bro ;)

My bro got no clue what ip is. But one more possible obstacle comes to my mind: I suspect the ip which is 10.0.0.200 is reserved (on the server). In which case I have to cancel that reservation somehow. Guess it depends on the kind of router. In my own router I got a "force available" button and it seems to be what's needed.

I meant reserved on the router or dhcp server
