Replace Harddrive with CHK Error and Read/Write Error?

Hello,
Since a few days I've a problem with my freenas installation and ZFS.
Freenas tells me that I've six checksum errors on one singel drive (3 x 3TB setup) the harddrive has also 2.9K write and 2.02M read. The two other hdd's are fine.
I've done a memtest86+ run with 10 passes without errors just to be sure there is no ram problem (I use 16GB non ecc).
I also did a short smart test on that drive and the drive passed it.
What would you suggest to me? Can the ZFS clean it up, when the other two disk's are fine? Should I send the drive back RMA?

PS: I know ECC RAM is a must, I will upgrade the hole system in a few months either...

ada0 is almost certainly failing. You don't rack up 2 million read errors because your hard drive got bored.

That's actually 2.9K read and 2.02M write, unless I've completely forgotten my German. The drive's SMART data (smartctl -a /dev/ada0) would be relevant information, but it's agree with @cyberjock that it's almost certainly dying.

Actualy my system is grubbing and resilvering the hd in a loop, the read/write errors get periodicly changed. What does that mean?

After changing the sata cable from ada0 the server is running again puhh!
And I also did a long smart test the hd seems to be fine, so I think it was only a broken cable.
