Replace hard drive

Good Morning,

I have ridden a you brake server FreeNas 9.3, with an ASUS P5G41T-M LX, in this have occupied the 4 SATAS brings with 4 hard drives, 2 1TB, one 500GB and a 320GB mounted ZFS, recent mind I purchased a 2TB hard drive and would like to change it 320Gb disk without losing the information that I have on them, could someone lend a hand to perform this operation, say that the system is currently 80% occupied.

Are all 4 disks in a single pool? Please post the output of zpool status in code tags (to preserve formatting).
