it used to be used set up in stripe on trueness set up i was using a the time i have since replaced the trueness machine and built a new one i need this 4thb drive in a desktop machine running windows but is only showing up as 1.63 TB

when plugged into my trueness set up it shows it as 3.63 TB but when i try to create a pool it is only giving me the option to create stripe vedv data,

How do i go about getting it back to it's full capacity to show in a windows machine

any help greatly appreciated.

You should be able to reclaim the full capacity by just creating a new GPT partition table on the Windows machine, if you don't need the data on the drive any more.

Windows has tools to delete partitions, wipe and reformat drives. You need to use those tools to reformat a ZFS disk for Windows. You cannot do it from TrueNAS. If you know somebody who is familiar with these administrative tasks, they can help you.

Good luck.
