Relication GUI error (0% progress in task manager)

Just a question if anyone else also is experiencing this error.

I'm running a replication task and in the "task manager" shows 0% progress but clicking on the replication task "running" will tell me the progress in TB as you can see in the screen shot below.

I have this as well on multiple systems. however mine was present both before and after upgrade from Core 12 > core 13. I have not yet found any information on this.
