Regarding the issue of using hardware RAID cards in Turnas

I have a Lenovo server equipped with a RAID card and a total of 12 8TB hard drives. Two of them were grouped as RAID1 for use in the turnnas system. There are 10 remaining hard drives in the RAID 10 storage system, and a stripe has been selected in Turenas. Is it okay to do this? What problems will occur in the later stage?
