Precisely, because those users who are there, have been created due to a defect in the installation of the brake service.
Users connect to my server through the active directory, it has an administrator user who is in charge of granting access to domain users.
The only thing that worries me is that when you move them, someone loses access permissions, or they have lost information.

That is the reason for my question, if there is any option that allows me to direct the login of my users from the active directory, not in the / home directory, but elsewhere.

Active directory user objects have their own properties (in the Active Directory). One of those properties is home directory... there may be others to specify a unix home directory (since those are in POSIX format directory names).
