So I got the following after a reboot:
I also got an alert stating:
However, when I look at the pool it still shows healthy in the "Storage" tab and when I check the Volume Status I find the attached. It shows no unrecoverable error.
I did check the SMART attributes and got the below:
Now, I think my next step should be replacing the disk that showed errors I think?
