Recycle bin saving only folders, and not saving the files inside

in SMB configuration, i marked recycle bin, but when someone delete a file in my local group, the file desappear

Give a little bit more detail, please.

Did you restart the SMB service after making the change?
Does .recycle exist inside the share?
What are the contents of .recycle after someone deletes a file? Verify from command line as well so we know it's not just a permissions issue
Please confirm that you are looking for the file in .recycle, NOT the windows recycle bin

To add to this. Using a proper ZFS snapshot schedule and shadow copies is _vastly_ superior to the SMB recycle bin.
