Hi @ Luciano Isolabella, sorry to hear you're having issues.

It is hard to say how you can get your data back without more information. For example, is the machine on at all or bootable? If you know, can you plug in a monitor and keyboard and get any output? Can you please provide more detail as to the exact state of things right now?

FreeNAS is an appliance that is great at keeping your data safe; but it isn't a set it and forget it kind of thing. You need to monitor your health to ensure that there are no hardware problems.

Did you have any SMART tests and scrubs configured and email notifications? If so, did they give you any indication of trouble?

I apologize for the bad English, I would like to know if it is possible to connect one of the two data disks to another computer and copy its contents to another disk

No worries. I'm sorry I don't speak anything but English. Sometimes translate functions are not very good on my end.

It really depends on what is wrong
If your boot drives are bad you can replace them, reinstall FreeNAS and import your drives.
If your drives are bad you may not be able to get data off them. Were they in a mirror vdev?
If the motherboard etc is bad you're going to need another machine, preferably running FreeNAS, though you may be able to import the drives on any machine running a compatible version of ZFS if a second FreeNAS machine isn't an option.
