Recover Frenas pool access

Hi, first post here ;).

I have a client with a Frenas server. He moved and lost the freenas pen.

I was able to make a new pen, and connect to old Pool, but I cant have any access to files. When i try to login to network shares in windows, always give errors....

Must i do anything else?

Sharing the error messages would be a good start.

Hello danb35, i go windows explorer window, insert server ip, asks for login, and login never works or when works does not give access to any folder showed.

"login never works" isn't an error message--and it also isn't true, as you confirm in the very next phrase in your sentence. "does not give access" is also not an error message. What exactly are you seeing when you try to connect? And what version of Windows are you using?

when the login works, I see the shared folder but cant enter.

theres no specific error message. just cant enter folders
