CPU: 2*6-core (24HT cores)
Main Usage: VM-Storage
NIC: 10Gbit

Need recommendation for tuning after a default install.

What is your use case?

Have you tested it, are there bottlenecks? Do you want to tune the filesystem or protocols?

dlavigne: The main use case is serving XenServer diskstorage over NFS.
And some iscsi disk for win servers.

SweetAndLow: No it work nice, but i have read some where that l2arc needs some tweaking. and maybe zil when a zeusram is in use?
