My drive with my freenas install died. i thought i had a back up of the config but i didn't.

i need to set my raid(2 striped drives) back up with keeping my data. I am on freenas 9.1.1

is this possible or am i fully screwed .

this install is at our small business and has important client data on it.

Well, you are an ID10T for doing striped pools.. but if your boot device is all that is broken you can recover.

Reinstall FreeNAS on a new USB stick, boot from it, then autoimport your pool(use the manual) and redo your setup. The autoimport will mount your pool where all of your data is. You'll just have to resetup the users, groups, shares, etc.

If you do recover the data you should first get rid of the striped drives by backing up all the data then nuking the pool.. Atleast mirror the drives..
